Exercise bike

If the last time you rode an exercise bike was 20 years ago, you may have a certain idea of what you think an exercise bike might look like. But, the fact is that these bikes have changed a lot in recent years.

Now, if you head over to the gym and hop on an exercise bike, you will see many different settings and gauges that can be utilized to improve your workout. During your workout, you will be able to choose an incline on the bike. This incline will tilt the bike at an angle. But if you do not want to ride at an angle the whole time, you may see that the bike can be set to move up and down as if you were riding on hills.

These newer bikes also have gauges that can keep track of the distance you have traveled; how many calories you have burned; what your heart rate is; and how many carbs you burned during the workout. The things you can keep track of are really quite impressive.

So, if you have not been on an exercise bike in years, try one out. You may be surprised by what it is that you see.
